Autism Spectrum Disorder

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) can be detected as early as within the first 12 months in children, but adults may also seek evaluation if they suspect they have this diagnosis. Understanding ASD can provide clarity and insight into functioning, helping individuals navigate their personal and professional lives.

Although ASD is not a learning disorder, it can affect aspects of learning. Signs of ASD include difficulties with social interactions, delayed communication, differences in cognitive processes, and restrictive or repetitive behaviors.

Our comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation consists of a battery of diagnostic examinations that assess multiple areas of neurodevelopmental abilities. Following the assessment, a detailed report will be provided in a feedback session, offering the diagnosis, interpretations, recommendations, and additional resources. Obtaining a diagnosis and understanding ASD is vital for establishing the best trajectory for both children and adults.

Adult Neuropsychological Evaluations for Autism may be conducted virtually.
